Maintain Water Pressure

Before using, users should first check whether the pointer of the water pressure gauge of the boiler is within the specified range. The standard water pressure specified in the manual is 1-1.2bar, but in actual use, due to the presence of some air in the heating system and the boiler When the boiler is running, the air in the system is continuously discharged from the exhaust valve in the boiler, and the pressure of the boiler will drop irregularly; when heating in winter, the water in the heating system will expand due to heating, and the system water pressure will rise. After water cooling, the pressure drops again, which is normal. Experiments have shown that as long as the water pressure in the boiler is kept between 0.5-1.5bar, it will not affect the normal use of the boiler. If the water pressure is lower than 0.5bar, it may cause the domestic hot water to suddenly cool and heat or fail to start normally. If the water pressure is higher than 1.5bar, the system pressure will increase during heating. If it exceeds 3bar, the safety valve of the boiler will automatically drain. Water may cause unnecessary losses. Under normal circumstances, it is sufficient to replenish the water once to two months or so. Some brands such as German Voorburg have automatic water replenishment function.

Special Reminder

After the system is filled with water, the boiler's water supply switch must be turned off. Owners who have been on a business trip for more than 3 months should close the main water supply valve. It is recommended to install a drain pipe on the safety valve of the boiler to avoid unnecessary losses when the boiler water pressure is too high. Note: Gas is a special industry. If you need to dismantle or modify the pipeline or the gas system, please ask a professional to come to your door service.
